The Mclaren P1 is also called hyper car and concept car, produced by British car manufacturer McLaren Automotive. this production was limited in hybird sports car. This car have reached the speed of 401 km/h but due to safety reasons its speed it set to 351 km/h. only 375 units of this car was produced which soon snatched up. retailers got this car in uk in october 2013. the production of 375 units was sold out by november 2013. this production of 375 units was ended in december 2015. most of this production was soled in USA And In Europe . USA accounted 34% and Europe 26%.

it was the long awaited successor to the McLaren F1, with hybird power and formula 1 technology, but only with two seater. McLaren P1 is a mid engine sports car with rear wheel drive,That uses carbon fiber monocque and roof structure safety cage. this safety cage concept is also know as MonoCage. the main competators are the Porsche 918 and the LaFerrari. They have similar in Performance and Specification.

Out of 375 one was a Special version of P1 it was the 375th P1. it was special due to last piece od P1. and it was slightly changed in good way. it has gold plated exhaust.

A track-only version of the P1, the McLaren P1 GTR, was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Production of the GTR was limited to approximately 35 units and only original McLaren P1 owners will be invited to buy one.

      The P1 features are great. This car have rear wheel drive, 3.8 liter twin turbo charger V8fuel engine that is only similar to mj 200 engine in its displacement. The tein turbo charger boost the engine from 2.4 to 3.8. which delivers 904 bhp, 917 PS; 674 kW. its torque power is 7,000 rpm. it has 7 speed dual clutch transmission.

ThePower for the electric motor is stored in a 324-cell lithium-ion high density battery pack located behind the cabin,  by Johnson Matthey Battery Systems. The battery can be charged by the engine or through a plug-in equipment and can be fully charged in two hours. The car can be operated using either the petrol engine, the electric motor or with a combination of the two.

     The instant power assist system (IPAS) is fitted in P1 which was introduced early in Formula 1. this gives instant boost in acceleration with electric motor. DRS is drag reduction system, which operates the car rear spoiler so increase straight line speed. these two buttons are operated on steering wheel.

    The P1 top speed is 401 km/h but due to safety reasons its speed is set to 351 km/h. it goes from 0- 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds. and from 0 - 200 km/h in 6.8 seconds. and from 0 - 300 km/h it takes 16.5 seconds. The P1 weight is 1396 kg. the powerful braking system stops the from 300 - 0 km/h in 6.2 seconds. and from 100-0 km/h in 2.1 second. which will cover  distance of 30 meter.

The car is one of the expensive cars. its price is $1.15million and this production was set to limit number of units strictly.
